Return Policy

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange or replace the item within 5 business days from the day it is received into the clinic. After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 25% restocking fee.  All items must be returned in the original packaging to be considered for exchange. Seasonal items are not eligible for exchange. Please call the Dauphin Vet Clinic at 204-638-3044 for all exchange inquiries.

 

Return
Return for online store credit only. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and have no visible damage. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns after 5 business days. No returns are accepted after 14 business days. Returned items are accepted at the Dauphin Vet Clinic location only. Return credits will be issued in the form of a gift card and will not be reversed onto your credit card or returned in cash.

 

Defective or Damaged Products
Please let us know us within 48 hours if your items are damaged or defective. Email reports of damage including a picture to contactus@dauphinvetclinic.com 

 

Veterinary Diet Quality Guarantee
Most Veterinary Prescription Diet Products are 100% guaranteed and may be returned for a full refund at any time for one of the following reasons:

Palatability - Pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.
Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.
Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal which has compromised the integrity of the food.
